MONOBYTE USAGE POLICY

Disallowed Usage of Monobyte Services
Monobyte prohibits the use of its services for the following activities:

  1. Illegal Activity: The use of Monobyte services, tools, and platforms for illegal activities is strictly prohibited.
  2. Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM): Any content that exploits or harms children, including CSAM, is prohibited. Monobyte is obligated to report CSAM to the appropriate authorities.
  3. Hateful, Harassing, or Violent Content: Content that expresses, incites, or promotes hate based on identity, harassment, threats, bullying, violence, or celebrates suffering or humiliation of others is not allowed.
  4. Malware Generation: Generating code designed to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to computer systems is prohibited.
  5. Activities with High Risk of Physical Harm: Engaging in activities related to weapons development, military operations, critical infrastructure management, or promoting acts of self-harm is not allowed.
  6. Activities with High Risk of Economic Harm: Participation in activities such as multi-level marketing, gambling, or automated determinations of eligibility for credit, employment, or public assistance services is prohibited.
  7. Fraudulent or Deceptive Activity: Scams, plagiarism, disinformation, spam, and other fraudulent or deceptive activities are not allowed.
  8. Adult Content: Generating or promoting adult content, adult industries, or dating apps is prohibited.
  9. Political Campaigning or Lobbying: Using Monobyte services for political campaigning, lobbying, or building products for such purposes is not allowed.
  10. Privacy Violations: Tracking individuals without consent, facial recognition of private individuals, and unlawful collection or disclosure of personal information are prohibited.
  11. Unauthorized Practice of Law or Financial Advice: Offering tailored legal or financial advice without proper qualifications is not allowed.
  12. Medical Advice: Providing medical advice or diagnostic services without proper qualifications is prohibited.
  13. High-Risk Government Decision-Making: Engaging in activities related to law enforcement, criminal justice, migration, or asylum is not allowed.

Information we collect when you use the Services: When you visit, download, and/or use any of our Services, we may collect aggregated usage Personal Information, such as Visitors’ and Users’ browsing and ‘click-stream’ activity on the Services, session heatmaps and scrolls, non-identifying Personal Information regarding the Visitor’s or User’s device, operating system, internet browser, screen resolution, language and keyboard settings, internet service provider, referring/exit pages, date/time stamps, etc.
